Who we are
ClearStep is a small, independent service run by Pedro Gonçalves. We design landing pages and simple automations for local service businesses.

All text, images, logo and layouts on this site are owned by ClearStep unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them for your own projects without written permission.

Enquiries and quotes
Contacting us through the form or by email does not create any obligation on either side. We may decline a project if it is not a good fit. Prices and timelines are confirmed in writing (usually by email) before any work starts.

Our services
We aim to:
– design clear landing pages and simple automations as described in your agreed quote,
– deliver drafts within the approximate timelines discussed, and
– make reasonable revisions within the scope of the project.

We cannot guarantee a specific number of leads, sales or search rankings. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

Payments
Payment terms (amounts, due dates, deposits, etc.) are agreed individually for each project and confirmed in writing. Work may be paused if invoices are overdue.

Client responsibilities
You are responsible for:
– providing accurate information about your business,
– ensuring that any text or images you supply do not infringe the rights of others, and
– complying with any laws or regulations that apply to your business and website.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearStep will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you have paid us for the specific project.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will show the latest version. Continuing to use this site or our services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
